Бездействие администрации Московского парка Победы привело к гибели уток в пруду
Мертвые утки обнаружены в водоёмах городского парка, который не чистится от водорослей и тины.
Жители Петербурга заметили в пруду Московского парка Победы мертвых птиц. Трупы уток плавают в грязной, покрытой тиной и мусором воде. Рядом с напоминающим болото прудом гуляют люди, катаются на лодках по акватории семьи с детьми. Жалобы на плачевное состояние водоемов в парке уже неоднократно поступали администрации и городским службам.
Наша редакция обратилась непосредственно к руководству парка Победы с вопросом о состоянии Пейзажного и Фигурного прудов. Ответственные за состояние прудов лица списывают загрязнение на аномальную жару и, как следствие, бурный рост водорослей.
«К сожалению, изменения климата коснулись и нашего города – держащаяся по нескольку дней температура 30+ с последующим обмелением водоёмов и распространением водорослей. Также присутствует и человеческий фактор – неконтролируемое кидание в воду тех же хлебобулочных изделий и других продуктов, создают уже биологическое загрязнение прудов», – снял ответственность с администрации замдиректора парка Александр Ольнев.
Также он сообщил, что уборку водоемов и контроль их состояния осуществляет Комитет по природопользованию и охране окружающей среды. Это же ведомство занимается обеспечением экологической безопасности. Специалист пресс-службы Комитета Дарья Сорокина в ответ на наш запрос сослалась на ежегодное цветение сине-зелёных водорослей. Она заявила, что это естественный процесс и к осени он прекратится сам по себе.
Жалоба на городской портал «Наш Санкт-Петербург» результатов не дала. В ответе было указано, что можно сообщить только о наличии бытового мусора: «В данной категории принимается только по уборке бытового мусора. По уборке водорослей, ила, розлива нефтепродуктов и канализации в настоящее время на портале отсутствует категория», – с таким пояснением модератор отклонил заявление о состоянии прудов в Московском парке.
Наше обращение в электронную приемную Администрации Московского района с 9 августа до сих пор находится на рассмотрении.
Несмотря на заявления руководства парка и городских служб, загрязнение прудов не прошло за 2-3 недели. Оно продолжается в течение нескольких месяцев, отражается на экологической обстановке и приводит к гибели птиц.
